I am a Mathematics-IT, BA graduate from Brașov University. After my BA, I moved on to get my MA degree in IT from Brașov University and Oldenburg University, and my PhD in IT from Bucharest University. I have been working in IT for the past 30 years, having written my first Java application way back in 1999. Moreover, I developed applications in: PHP, Delphi, C, C++, Javascript, and, more recently, in TCL. I have experience as trainer, software architect, line manager, researcher, full stack developer, and Big Data developer. I worked on personal projects, but I was also part of or led teams dealing with software / management / customer interaction. I have attended numerous conferences and symposiums as speaker. I am a book author and a specialty reviewer. After graduating from my BA studies, at Brașov University, I started working in Academia, being a Senior Lecturer for 9 years. I have been a guest speaker at IT Days twice and I have contributed with several papers for Today Software Magazine
