As an organisational development consultant I join people in exploring organisational system dynamics, which helps them manage complexity and make better decisions. My background is in telecommunications engineering and interdisciplinary research, being involved in international research projects and teaching at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca for the past 15 years. What these two have in common is systems thinking and the interdisciplinary approach.
